  • How can I place an Ad?

You have 3 options to place an Ad:

  1. Register as a Kiggee user (you will be able to use the chat feature and notifications about your Ad)
  2. Login with your Facebook account in 1 click (you will be able to use the chat feature and notifications about your Ad)
  3. Post an Ad as a Guest (limited features)
  • How do I edit/delete my Ads?

You can Edit/Delete your Ad either through Kiggee.com website from your account, either from a direct link sent to your provided email.

  • Do I need to register to post Ads?

No, you need not be a registered user to Post Ad on the site. But you need to provide your valid email address and phone number.

  • What are the benefits of registering on Kiggee?

Registration allows to you to, Get your own User Id, Edit, delete, repost and check replies to your Ads from your account, get notification about your Ad and people contacting you, use instant messaging for free to contact and reply to users.

  • How to prevent users from calling me or sending me messages?

You have the option to choose the way you which the users can contact you, once you Ad is sold you should remove it asap.

  • How can I reply to an Ad?

User can contact the Ad poster through email, phone or Kiggee chat service (user need to be logged in)

  • How many photos can I upload for my Ad, and what size/format that I should use?

User can upload up to 8 photos, recommended size not more than 2 Mb with JPG format

  • How can I report an Ad on Kiggee?

Logged in user can report and Ad in the bottom section of the Ad details page

  • How do I reset my password?

User can reset his password from Change Password section (Menu --> Settings --> Change Password)

  • Can I post the same Ad in different cities and languages?

User is not allowed to put the same Ad/Product in different cities, it can be put in different language, the user should follow Kiggee policies in order to prevent post or account termination.

  • I can't find the contact details on an Ad, how do I respond?

The Ad poster must at least have his email or phone number showing, in case not the user can contact Kiggee team for help.

  • Why are my Ads are not appearing on the website?

The Ads should be appearing on the Website and on the App after the validation process finish, if you are logged in user and you have the notification enabled you will be notified.

  • Will my personal details be kept private?

At Kiggee all users personal details are kept private and safe, more details in the Privacy Policy

  • Can people from other cities view my Ad?

Users from all cities in the country can see your Ad

  • Why it’s not allowed to include my email address in the description?

User should provide his email in the email section while posting an Ad, user cannot provide his email in any other sections or this will be considered as suspicious action and can be lead to Ad or Account termination.

  • How do I refresh  Ads on Kiggee?

User can refresh the Ads but pull to refresh, sliding the finger from top to down on the screen.
